• Kenmount Terrace area of the City of St. John’s

• Commercial areas including Kenmount Road, Kelsey Drive and the Avalon Mall

• Memorial University St. John’s campus and Health Sciences Center

• A significant portion of Pippy Park

• Many schools, parks and churches
